The Weekend Dugout — Terms of Service

Effective date: June 1, 2026

Provider: RJR Trading Strategies LLC, a Maryland limited liability company trading as "The Weekend Dugout" ("Company," "we," "us"). By subscribing to or accessing The Weekend Dugout service (the "Service"), you ("Subscriber," "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. The Service

The Service provides curated informational digests of publicly available regulatory filings (including filings made with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission via the EDGAR system) and aggregated news headlines with links to original sources, together with the Company's summaries, filters, and commentary. Delivery is by email and/or other channels described at checkout. Content, delivery frequency, coverage, and features may change as the Service evolves.

2. Informational Purposes Only — No Investment Advice

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes, and should not be construed as, investment advice, a recommendation, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or legal, tax, or accounting advice. The Company is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary to you, and no adviser-client relationship is created by your subscription. Summaries and commentary are descriptive characterizations of public information, not directives to act. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

3. Accuracy, Timeliness, and Sources

The Service aggregates and summarizes information from third-party and government sources. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Filings may be delayed, amended, or withdrawn by their filers; news sources may correct or retract items; automated delivery may be interrupted. Original filings on EDGAR and original news articles at their source publications are the authoritative versions and always control over any summary provided by the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Company's curation, summaries, formatting, commentary, and compilations are the intellectual property of RJR Trading Strategies LLC. Underlying government filings are public information; linked news content remains the property of its respective publishers, and the Service links to — rather than reproduces — such content. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own informational purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, scrape, or systematically archive Service content, or share access credentials, without prior written permission.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe) at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable sales tax. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; access continues through the period already paid. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins; however, if the Service fails to deliver for five (5) or more consecutive days due to a fault within our control, you may request a pro-rata credit. We may change pricing with at least fourteen (14) days' notice before it takes effect on your next renewal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service (a) for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or trading on material non-public information (the Service contains only public information, and you must not combine it with non-public information to violate securities laws); (b) to build a competing data product from Service content; or (c) in any manner that interferes with the operation of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its member, agents, and affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications; Termination

We may update these Terms with notice via the Service; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period if termination is not for cause.

11. Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. In any action to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees.
