Privacy Policy

This policy explains what RJR Trading Strategies LLC, trading as The Weekend Dugout (“we,” “us”), collects from subscribers to The Weekend Dugout (the “Service”), why we collect it, and who else touches it. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

1. What we collect

We collect only what is needed to bill you and deliver the digest:

• Email address. Provided by you at signup and used as your delivery address and account identifier.
• Subscription status. Whether your subscription is active, past due, or cancelled, and the associated billing period.
• Delivery events. Standard email operational data such as whether a message was delivered, bounced, or unsubscribed.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Card data is entered directly with Stripe and never reaches our systems.

2. What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade subscriber email addresses.
• We do not share your address with advertisers or list brokers.
• We do not use your data to build profiles for third-party marketing.

3. Service providers

We rely on third-party processors to operate the Service. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms:

• Stripe — payment processing, subscription management, and tax calculation. Stripe is the system of record for billing and holds your payment details.
• Make.com — the automation platform that assembles and triggers digest delivery.
• Our email delivery provider — transmits the digest to your inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides standard network security and abuse protection.

We may add or change providers as the Service evolves and will update this policy when we do.

4. Automated content generation

Digest content is produced with automated systems, including AI models that summarize and classify public filings. These systems process the filings, not your personal data. Your email address is not included in prompts sent to any AI provider.

5. Website analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Our host may log standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.

6. Retention

We keep your email address for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we retain it only as long as needed for records, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes, and then delete it. Billing records held by Stripe are retained per Stripe’s own schedule and applicable financial recordkeeping law.

7. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from delivery using the link in the footer of any issue.
• Cancel billing at any time; access continues through the period already paid, per the Terms of Service.
• Request access or deletion of the personal data we hold by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Security

We limit stored personal data to the minimum described above and rely on established providers for payment and delivery infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
